Refund & Return Policy

 

1. No Returns on Herbal Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on any herbal or wellness products once they have been purchased. All sales are final unless an error was made on our side.

 

2. Incorrect Item Received (Our Mistake)

If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, OR
  • Offer a refund if the correct item is out of stock.

 

To process this:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the item received.

 

3. Item Not Received

If your order does not arrive due to a courier or processing issue, you may be eligible for a full refund.


Refunds apply only when:

  • The order has not been delivered, and
  • The delivery timeframe has passed, and
  • The courier (PAXI) confirms the parcel is lost or undeliverable.

 

We will assist you in tracking and verifying the status before issuing any refund.

 

4. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours.
We will review the claim and may provide a replacement or refund depending on the assessment.

 

Please send:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • Packaging photos (if available)

 

5. Eligibility for Refund Processing

To qualify for any refund:

  • The issue must be reported within the allowed timeframes.
  • You must provide proof (photos, screenshots, tracking confirmation).
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition (for incorrect/damaged items).

 

6. Refund Timeframes

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (unless otherwise arranged).

 

7. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products opened or used
  • Late reports past the allowed timeframes
  • Customer-selected incorrect PAXI points that result in delays or returns
  • Parcels not collected and returned due to customer neglect
