6.1 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 3 – 5 business days

  • Remote locations
  • Incorrect customer information

 

6.2 Tracking

Customers will receive a PAXI tracking number via SMS or email.

 

6.3 Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect PAXI pickup points selected by customers

  • Uncollected parcels

  • Delays caused by PAXI or other external factors

 

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Because our products are herbal, ingestible, or topical, we do NOT accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

7.1 We only offer refunds or replacements when:

  • You received an item different from what you ordered, OR
  • Your order did not arrive, and PAXI confirms it as lost.

 

7.2 No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products opened or used
  • Incorrect personal information provided by the customer
  • Late reporting of issues
  • Incorrect PAXI collection selection
  • Failure to collect a parcel

 

7.3 Reporting Errors

You must notify us within:

  • 48 hours for damaged items
  • 7 days for incorrect items
  • 10–14 days for missing/lost parcels
